Add it to your daily routine take apple cider vinegar with 1 teaspoon of honey and warm water. Take it two times a day on empty stomach. Buy any brand of apple cider vinegar.

If you don't like the apple cider taste, then we have another option for you. Green coffee I know some of you don't know about green coffee beans, but it is very helpful for weight loss. Take a cup of water and ½ a scoop of green coffee beans and take it on the stove and boil it until the water will turn green. Now it is ready to drink.

What do we have to eat in the weight loss journey?


I will tell you the simplest step to follow this meal on diet. Just cut ⅓ the food we eat. As like if you eat 3 chapatis then you should cut 1 chapati in your meal. Don't eat junk food as you know. Sometimes you can eat junk foods or deep-fried things but before 6 pm. Most important you have to cut sweet dishes because sweet dishes are the fattest. And walk every day for 30-60 mins. The walk is a must if you think you can lose weight without any effort then sorry it is not possible.
