We All have these questions in our minds during weight loss, but no one gives us the right and accurate answer. All one says that to avoid overweight we can't eat junk food or sweet dishes, noodles and our other favorite foods. But now I am here to answer all of your weight loss thoughts questions. 

Cravings during weight loss are common and we all think about why these cravings happen during weight loss. we all have these questions in our mind for knowing these answers I'm here to tell you. Let us discuss some important and common questions during weight loss.   


Can we eat noodles during a weight loss diet?


Yes, I know you all are surprised to know this, but this is true we can eat noodles during weight loss. But with full of veggies and proteins like chicken mutton. If we eat, we eat just 1 cup or bowl of noodles, then after ½ hrs or 1 hrs we feel hungry again. That's why having to make noodles full of veggies and proteins so that we don't feel hungry for almost 2-3 hours.




Can we drink tea with sugar?


Yes, when we start our weight loss journey our surrounding people give suggestions to stop drinking tea and coffee. Tea has lots of fat if you drink tea/coffee you were not able to lose weight. These all are Myth tea with sugar that contains 75 calories and that's not too much you just don't take tea more than two cups in a day. Coffee with milk and sugar contains 65 calories so we can take 2 cups of coffee in a day. If you want sweetness in your tea and don't want to add sugar, then I have a solution for you can add cinnamon powder. Cinnamon has a natural sweetness and it is healthy.





Can we drink soda or cold drinks during weight loss?


No, it is not good for health and weight loss. Soda and cold drinks lead to weight loss and too much consumption of soda and cold drinks causes diseases it increases blood sugar levels, cholesterol, etc. My suggestion to all of you is that don't consume soda or cold drinks but if you want and liked it then take it a time in a month. The alternative option is for soda and cold drinks you can drink homemade laminate, iced coffee, Fruits juices, and herbal tea.
